Gujarat Corona Update Date 24/5/2020
A total of 79 crore positive cases have been reported in Rajkot Municipal Corporation area till date. Out of which 62 persons have been discharged from the hospital earlier. While today 11 more patients have been discharged from the hospital. Currently 5 crore positive individuals are undergoing treatment at the hospital. While out of 68 samples taken in Rajkot today, 63 negative and 5 positive cases have been reported. These include mother and son in Atkot, two in Dhoraji and one in Rajkot city.
Corona's positive report to the parents in Atkot
Atkot has received two more positive cases of corona. After Ashokbhai Bhadani (age 45), who had moved to Atkot from Nicole in Ahmedabad only four days ago, tested positive for corona, today his wife Hinaben (age 42) and son (age 15) also tested positive for corona. Strict action has been taken against 7 traders for violating lockdown in Rajkot. 3 The trader violated the Odd Even Formula. When 4 traders kept the shop open even after 4 pm, the crime was registered by the police. All of them have been booked under IPC 188 and Section 135 of the GP Act. On the other hand, a fine of Rs 22,000 has been levied on 110 people who left the city without wearing masks.
