Bajaj launches new variant of Platina 100 ES, find out price and features
Bajaj's cheapest bike Platina 100 ES (Electric Start) is announcing a new variant. The company has also announced its pricing. The disc variant of the Electric Start Platina 100 has an ex-showroom price of Rs 60,698 in Delhi. The bike is around Rs 2200 more expensive compared to the 100 ES front drum brake model.
This is the price of the base model
The Delhi ex-showroom price of the KS (Kick Start Alloy) of the Bajaj Platina Base Model 100 has been kept at Rs 50,646. This bike is equipped with features like LED DRL, tank pad. Featuring wide rubber footpads and a long seat.
The braking system is superb
Bajaj claims that the 240mm front disc will further enhance the braking performance of this 100cc bike. Other variants are given 130mm units. Other than that the 110mm rear drum back is standard. Both brakes are linked to ASB or CBS. The bike's 102cc, DTS-i, single-cylinder engine generates 7.9hp of power and 8.3Nm of torque.
Mileage is also hefty
According to the company, the top speed of this bike is 90 kilometers per hour. The variant with disc brakes weighs 119 kg. Whereas, the variant with front drum brake weighs 117.5 kg. The bike is provided with an 11 liter fuel tank. Apart from that, this bike will give a mileage of 90 kilometers per liter. '
