It takes a long time to send an application for replacement to the department for medical reasons. In many cases this time is about two to three years. Which is a very serious matter. In view of the fact that many such cases have come to the notice here, you and all the District Offices are instructed to dispose of the pending transfer proposals which are pending for medical reasons as a matter of priority. District wise information is requested to be sent separately.
