Due to the fear of Korona virus, the temple of Amba in Jagat Janani has been closed for the darshan of devotees. Chaitri Navratri is starting from today. Today in the sanctum sanctorum of the Ambaji temple, the devotees who are standing near the railing will be greeted with Vedic chanting. However devotees will not be admitted during this operation of Ghat installation.

In Chaitri Navratri and without the darshan of Maa Amba, the rituals are incomplete. Devotees who perform the ritual will be able to enjoy the live view of Maa Ambani Aarti, which is sung with devotion in the Ambaji temple.

 

The Somnath temple at Prabhas Patan near Veraval in Saurashtra on the west coast of Gujarat is considered to be the first of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples of Shiva.
