ધનતેરસના દિવસે પૂજા માટેનો શ્રેષ્ઠ સમય-
ધનતેરસના દિવસે ભગવાન ધન્વંતરિ અને કુબેરની પૂજા થાય છે. આ દિવસે સાંજે પૂજા કરવાથી વિશેષ ફળની પ્રાપ્તિ થાય છે. ધનતેરસના દિવસે માતા લક્ષ્મી અને ભગવાન ગણેશની પૂજા પણ જરૂર કરવી છે. ત્યારે ધનતેરસ પૂજનમાં વિશેષ ફળની પ્રાપ્તિ કરવા માટે પ્રદોષ કાળ અને વૃષભ લગ્નમાં સાંજે 6.18 વાગ્યાથી રાત્રે 8.11 વાગ્યા સુધી શુભ મુહૂર્ત રહેશે.
ધનતેરસનું મહત્ત્વ-
ધન્વંતરિ અને કુબેરની ઉપાસના ભગવાન ધન્વંતરિ વિષ્ણુનું સ્વરૂપ માનવામાં આવે છે, જેમણે તેમના હાથમાં અમૃત કળશ પકડ્યો છે. તેમને પીળી વસ્તુ ગમે છે, એટલે કે પિત્તળ અને સોનું ગમે છે, તેથી ધનતેરસે પિત્તળ અથવા સોનું અથવા કોઈપણ અન્ય ધાતુની વસ્તુઓ ખરીદવામાં આવે છે.
